WebChart or Enterprise Health Telehealth is a low-cost simple way for providers to connect with patients without having to install any software.

Telehealth within our product, is all browser-based. A provider can invite patients to join via text message and email message. Telehealth is supported on devices or workstations that have a microphone and camera available. Telehealth (at this current time) is supported on iPhone running on iOS 11+, or Androids running on KitKat+, work stations/computers/laptops running on Windows 7+ with Edge or Chrome or Firefox, also macBook is supported. Internet Explorer is NOT a supported browser.

Telehealth can be enabled system wide for your WebChart or Enterprise Health system by a superuser administrator at your practice. There is a cost for Telehealth per minute in the telehealth rooms and per text message that generates. There are additional facts regarding our Telehealth, found in the Quick View sidemenu tab, within the Administrator Welcome portlet. This Administrator Welcome portlet is typically visible to superusers at your practice.
