Vitals, such as BP, height, and weight, are found in the medical record tab of a patient’s MR under vital signs.  They can be documented/viewed here as well as, on the patient Summary tab, as an observation/flowsheet, within the scheduler, or within an encounter.  Regardless of where you enter them, they will all display on the vitals screen as observations where they can also be charted.
