Typically,
two types of scanning are used within the system. A high speed scanner is helpful when scanning large quantities of full-size documents. For scanning smaller items, such as an
insurance or a photo it, a desktop scanner is useful. For either type of scanner used, the electronic images can be stored and accessed in the system.
