The Applicant Portal is a web-based platform intended to screen new employees and streamline the hiring process. With it, employers have the ability to simplify the onboarding process and ensure pre-employment needs are addressed early and accurately.
The Applicant Portal is configured so that candidates can be directed to the portal to complete online questionnaires, according to the hiring and pre-employment needs of the business, prior to coming in for any applicant exam appointment.
Candidates simply need to begin the portal session by being directed to the specific Applicant Portal url and entering their first and last names. Once the applicant has completed
applicable questionnaires, all of the information is submitted to the employer electronically creating an Applicant partitioned chart. From here, a clinician can schedule the
applicant for a pre-hire exam (if needed) using the Applicant chart, and document in a Pre-Employment Exam encounter. A separate Pre-Placement worklist is available to
manage these. If hired, the applicant chart can be easily merged into the permanent employee chart.
