The ability to customize help per module or screen is an added benefit so users can get clinic-specific instructions within the system when they need it without having to navigate to another system.

By default, standard online help content is programmed and accessed throughout most modules and screens in the system. However, the help content can be added or customized to fit your clinic workflows. 

For example, when help is launched from the Quick View page, the system launches a video about standard basic navigation of the system.  Perhaps your clinic would like to replace that video with content that is specific to your workflows.  Another example is when help is launched from the Scheduler, there is no default text in the initial window.  Information regarding scheduling help for your clinic can be added in that window. The types of help content that can be added is text, images, and even videos!
