The Audiogram module is a tool that helps clinicians track, document, and manage historical or current Audiogram result data. The audiogram module includes: Performing an audiometry test/procedure order in an encounter by manually keying in the results or using a device integration (if purchased and setup), viewing audiogram results, threshold shift alerts, a graph tool, and a comparison tool.  Audiogram results can also be shared to the portal.
